We’re proud to be an award-winning bridal boutique with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and unforgettable experiences. We are now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Luxury Bridal Stylist to join our dedicated team.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist brides and their guests during appointments, creating a relaxed and memorable experience.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.

• Assist with fittings, styling, and boutique duties including organizing gowns, maintaining displays, and keeping the shop immaculate.

• Support with administrative tasks and scheduling appointments.

• Support with elements of social media and marketing where required - experience in this area is desirable but not essential

• Take part in all aspects of boutique life—because every detail matters.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine dedication to delivering excellent customer service.

• Friendly, approachable, and professional with strong communication and listening skills.

• Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations that encompass all our personalised offerings from multiple suppliers

• Manage appointments efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills to accommodate multiple clients throughout the day

• Background in sales is desirable, but we value a non-pushy, supportive approach.

• Knowledge of bridal fashion is a plus, but not essential—full training will be provided.

• Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is an advantage.

• Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory effectively.

• Excellent organisational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

The Details

• Contract: 12-month contract with potential for extension.

• Salary: £14 per hour plus performance bonus.

• Hours: Starting at 8 hours per week, flexibility is essential as additional hours during peak bridal seasons and holidays may be required.

• Availability: Must be able to work every Saturday OR every other weekend, including Sundays.
